On this episode of the #CreateYourEarthLife podcast I discuss the stress and chaos of this world right now. I touch on covid-19 stress (masks, children going back to school, and the covid vaccine in the making). I touch lightly on politics. I touch on sex-trafficking. Most importantly, I discuss what I believe is the big picture of what is happening in the world and what I do to relieve my stress and anxiety.
