When you picture a C-suite exec in the petroleum industry what do you see?  60+ (ok, 65++) white, hetero, cis, male?  You'd be overwhelmingly correct.  And then there's Jennifer Hohman.  SHE is well under 60, embraces change, accepts corporate responsibility for being a good social citizen (including around environmental impacts), and makes is it a personal mission to learn and grow in the areas of DEI and social justice.  Not what you were expecting?  You're not alone!  Listen as she talks through her approach to business, life, and the fact that those things were never actually separate, and it's time that we stop pretending they are.  Jennifer shares some very real vulnerability in talking about her loss of her father, and how current corporate models for dealing with grief are simply not sufficient.
