Starlight Society - Global Music Discovery

Weird week. As I type this in, I'm sitting on a Ticketmaster page, camped, waiting to get tickets to Prophets of Rage, listening to the second Stone Roses single (which will be in next week's show), being sad that the singer/guitarist from Boom Boom Satellites is losing his battle with his brain tumor. I saw Caravan Palace a few days ago, and that was good. There's a song this week about "the best part of Ohio" for my Ohio peeps. There's a bit of Indonesian rock.

This week's show, like most shows, we'll cover all sorts of stuff. It's a few minutes long, but I wanted to spend a little bit of extra time on Boom Boom Satellites, so I did, and you can't stop me.
