I am very appreciative to have as my fifth guests Prof. Dr. Eleonore Soei-Winkels, Mom and Dr. Irène Y. Kilubi!
Dr. Irène Kilubi holds a doctorate in industrial engineering and is a management consultant with powerful companies such as BMW, Deloitte, Siemens, and others on her CV. After many previous occupations, she is now following a very personal passion and is pursuing work through community building, corporate influencer strategy, and JOINT GENERATIONS. She is also an Expert Advisor for the European Innovation Council Accelerator of the European Commission. Dr. Irène Kilubi is a university lecturer in Digital Marketing and Entrepreneurship and is a sought-after speaker at conferences and events.
Prof. Dr. Eleonore Soei-Winkels teaches industrial and occupational psychology at FOM in Germany. She has won lecturing awards in 2017 & 2020 and was nominated as a “Professor of the year” in the unicum competition 3 times since 2016. She is the founder and CEO of postdoctransformation.com, helping PhD students to decide whether to become a sustainably visible professor or to transition their career into business with her self-paced e-courses.
Elli has a diploma in psychology and a PhD in Neuroscience. She is also a certified systemic management coach and has worked in IT consulting and strategy with Accenture.
In my conversation I will talk with Irène and Elli about intergenerational topics including age diversity and mentoring. We will also explore non-linear careers and transferable skills from different aspects of one's career. I look forward to hearing their It's Possible statements and more!
