episode 7: S1E7 The BEST time to write a book is NOW
Today’s a rough day. An emotional day.
I’m mad, determined, and on fire against the world. Against those who say something can’t be done.
Two weeks ago I got my first colonoscopy, and I got back the results.
It wasn’t good.
What does that mean? It means I’ve been referred to an oncologist, and I am now hyper aware of the choices I make each and every day.
It woke up the dragon in my soul who has been asleep for years, in my attempt to be the sweet, patient, kind person I wanted to be when I grew up.
The dragon that now flashes its teeth at life and all opposition wanting to take away the life I’ve struggled to build.
I…reFUSE…to give in, or give up.
REFUSE!
I have children to raise, a wife to love, grandchildren to adore, and a fictional world to build into an epic world success.
Then there’s you.
Yes, you.
You think I’d forget my friends?
Never!
