● Five Minute Daily Practice: Use the following questions/phrase structure to check in with your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. I like to use an oracle deck to connect with my quintessence for guidance.
○ “Today my ______ body feels ________. It needs _______ and __________.
○ Eg. “Today my physical body feels lively and rested. It needs more water and to balance activity with rest and reflection.
○ Quintessence: I use an oracle card to guide me to my ‘higher-self’ needs. Today’s card for me was “Release”. So I asked myself what I need to release so that I can grow.
