What is Talen Horton-Tucker's Trade Value? Is the Media Too Easy On Frank Vogel?

Virtually every path to a consequential player starts with forward Talen Horton-Tucker. Like most things associated with the team this year, THT hasn't exactly been horrible, but he's definitely not hit the more optimistic projections, and certainly hasn't filled the role of a consistent contributor in ways the Lakers have needed.
