When was the last time you truly challenged yourself?
If you aren’t creating challenges for yourself, then you really can’t grow and improve. When you fight through some type of adversity, you always come out better on the other side. There’s a deep craving for growth and mental fortitude inside of me, and those are two of the most significant reasons I choose to challenge myself regularly.
