Clare's GRA representative is warning that the county could face a shortfall in Gardaí, if steps aren't taken to ensure recruitment targets are met. Clare representative, Garda Paul Crowley has been telling Clare FM's Fiona Cahill that an increasing number of Gardaí are retiring earlier in this county and elsewhere and now is the time to take steps to mitigate the emerging issue.
