A South-East Clare mother insists her child's life is being "held up by a loophole in a contract and an argument about money". Emma Fitzpatrick's son James is one of only 35 Irish children who don't have access to the lifesaving drug Kaftrio, which was given EMA approval for use for another group of CF sufferers in March.
