Nathan and Zach are the founders of Fuel & Iron, an incubator food hall project in Pueblo, Colorado. They share a passion for serving the community and through the stages of this project they will not only create a place for the community to experience a variety of food and drink, they will be adding a community farm, affordable housing and a childcare center. A dream that serves the community, provides employment, opportunity for chefs to start their dream restaurant and a gathering place where people can just hang out.
