Their impactful documentary "Breathing Black," portraying the triumphs of nine Black Baltimoreans during the global COVID-19 Pandemic and a summer of confronting the ongoing Black body genocide, has been officially selected by the Columbia Film Festival and the Indianapolis Black Documentary Film Festival. With an unwavering commitment to artistic innovation, Tina Canady enriches the cultural landscape as a queer multidisciplinary theater artist and filmmaker, deeply rooted in Baltimore's vibrant arts scene.

Single Carrot Theatre is an ensemble theatre company in Baltimore, Maryland, in the United States. The Company was founded in 2005 by students from the University of Colorado at Boulder. The company selected Baltimore, MD as the city to locate their theatre after a nationwide city search.
