Dan and Cannon talk about how the CRM (customer relations manager) they're using, JobNimbus, has built in automation. It can send inner office emails to let others on your team know where a customer is or what needs to be done for a customer to move them further down the pipeline towards a final sign. Combine those automations with a VoIP (voice over internet protocol) like Simplii, which Dan and his business the Fence King uses, and now your emailing and texting customers with delayed follow ups without having to do any work.
Automation Polls Show Text/SMS are more affective than emails but emails shouldn't be counted out, they are still effective. They also say, emails are much more affected IF, you couple a text/sms with an email. e.g. "Hey Mrs Smith, we just emailed over your proposal, it should be in your inbox. Let me know if you didn't receive it! We look forward to hearing back. Thank you - Fence Company"
