How we can help our kids and teens that are struggling with their Mental Health

If you are like most parents, you want the best for your kid. You want them to succeed, feel loved and supported. Teens today struggle with anxiety, depression and suicide more than any other generation before them. Data shows that in the U.S., suicide is the third leading cause of death for young people, and, more specifically, the second leading cause of death for youth ages 10 to 14. What can we do as parents? This episode explains some of the reasons why teens struggle with mental health as well as some things we can start doing to help better support our kids and teens.
