The cocktail of the week is the Grapefruit Chuhai!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 measure of your favorite Shochu
- Juice of 1/2 grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
- Soda water
- Grapefruit slice
METHOD
- Fill your glass with ice
- Add the Shochu
- Add the grapefruit juice
- Top with soda water
- Stir gently
- Garnish with a piece of grapefruit
