Clare dog owners are being warned to ensure they go through their vet if they intend to give their dog a sedative to get through Halloween. County Dog Warden Frankie Coote is warning some of our furry friends may find it a difficult few days, particularly if there are fireworks and other loud noises in the area. He says he's received a high volume of calls from across the county already from concerned pet owners. Frankie says those with dogs shouldn't forget about possible trick-or-treaters coming to the door and how that may impact them.
