Our cocktail of the week is the Fenjiu Bee’s Knees.
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml of Fenjiu Fen Chiew 10-Year-Old 53%
- 25ml lemon juice
- 20ml honey
METHOD
- Add all of the ingredients to a shaker
- Add ice, then shake, shake, shake
- Strain into a coupe or bird glass!
