We have joining us L.A.-based Danish producer-songwriter, record and mixer Rune Westberg. His work has earned a Latin Grammy nomination, and songs have been featured in Grey’s Anatomy, The Rookie, Riverdale and ABC’s network promo Pride and Solidarity. In 2018 Rune signed a publishing deal with Pure Pop Music – resulting in an exclusive worldwide co-publishing deal / joint venture with Angry Mob Music Group.

Bio:

LA based writer producer-songwriter. His back catalogue with Round Hill Music includes singles with Axelle Red, Deepend ,Part Time Friends, Tegan Marie, Sofia Reyes, Prince Royce, Colbie Caillat, VHS Collection, Alvaro Soler, Matt Simons, Jesse Y Joy, Nissy, Desi Valentine, Chris Mann among others.

Recent co-writes include Haven, Anna Clendening, Tolliver, Valerie Broussard, Alex Cardinale, Shawn Hook, Cobi, Jake Scott, Delta Goodrem, Nico Santos, Carly Paige, McKenzie Bourg, Patrick Martin, Jane Holiday, Carys and many more.

In November 2018, Westberg entered into an exclusive worldwide co-publishing deal with a new joint venture between Pure Pop Music and Angry Mob Music. Most recent releases include ‘‘Straight out the mud’’ (Ruby Velle) ‘‘Blend’’ (Cary Brothers) ‘‘Casket’’ + ‘(We are all ) criminals (Too Close to touch- Epitaph records),‘‘Damaged Goods’’ (Hamish Anderson),’’Hold on to me’’ , ‘( we don’t have to) Walk Alone and ‘‘Where was I then (Baywud), ’’Should have known (Caroline Kole). ‘‘Thankful’’, ‘‘Bad Woman Blues ‘‘, ‘‘Let it grow’’ &‘‘Spanish Lullabies’’ on Beth Hart’s most recent album produced by Rob Cavallo , ‘‘Questions’’ (Marina Kaye) and all four songs on the new EP by Jessica Childress . Recent placements have included ‘The Rookie’’ ,’’Rise ‘‘, ‘‘Grey’s Anatomy’’, ‘‘Shameless’’and an ABC promo for ‘ Pride and Solidarity’.
