Friends of Michael Hynes Organise St Stephen's Day Swim In His Memory
On Wednesday's Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Eimear Kavanagh and Rachel Minogue from Scariff who are organising a St Stephen's Day Swim in memory of their late friend Michael Hynes. The pair discussed the swim which will act as a fundraiser in aid of Jigsaw which is a national centre for youth mental health in Ireland. They spoke about the location of the swim which will take place at Mountshannon Harbour on Monday 26th December at 11am and highlighted the swim as an activity to spread awareness about mental health and the memory of Michael this Christmas.
