For this week's Pat Flynn visited Quin to hear the story of a Clare man who returned to Ireland from Australia to set up a regenerative farm. Nick McCarthy and his wife Cass, who is originally from the eastern suburbs of Sydney, are first generation farmers who are passionate about what they are now doing at Lúnasa Farm near Quin.
