Ennistymon Student Wins Individual Senior Award at BT Young Scientist Competition
On Monday's Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Alanna Hayes who is the winner of the first place Individual Senior Award in the BT Young Scientist Competition and Sue-Ann Sheridan who is her teacher. Alanna spoke about her delight at being awarded the first place Individual Senior Award in the BT Young Scientist competition in the category of Chemical, Physical and Mathematical Sciences. She described the project she entered in to the competition which was called 'An Analysis of Routing Algorithms in Electronic Design'. Her teacher Sue-Ann complimented Alanna on her work and described the opportunities involved in entering in the BT Young Scientist Awards.
