Mid West Aries To Host Free Mental Health and Well-Being Workshops in Ennis
On Monday's Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Cillian Keane who is the Peer Education, Training and Development Officer with Mid-West Aries. Cillian discussed Mid-West Aries which provide a recovery education service to those suffering with mental health issues in the mid-west. He spoke about two upcoming workshops which will be hosted by Mid-West Aries and will take place in the Ennis Women's Shed on Thursday 19th and 26th of January. He described the content of the workshops which will explore anxiety as a whole and how to manage anxiety. Cillian also stated the benefits of attending the workshop where you can interact with people who may be in a similar situation as yourself.
