episode 80: Those pesky cravings. Why they happen and what to do about them.

Nothing makes a woman feel as out of control as food cravings seem to. We watch thousands of women a year claim their greatest failing is their food cravings, and in today’s solo episode I help you try and get to the bottom of them.

Food cravings are linked to a particular part of appetite regulation that is mostly tied to how we feel! When women feel unwell because of their hormone shifts (either in PMS or perimenopause), it impacts the way women feel about their appetite and cravings.

In this episode I break down 3 effective ways to combat food cravings and how to think differently about your appetite through your cycle.

As this episode is aired, we have opened registration for our women’s health program, The Wild Collective. We are accepting women into the 10-month program who are ready to learn about their health and transform their habits. The group program covers topics such as thyroid, digestion, and female hormones and gives women the accountability and connection they need to make real change. Sign up for our information session here, or directly to the program here.
