Women can often name the last time they did intentional exercise but don’t realize the power of non-exercise activity thermogenesis has on their health. NEAT is the sum of all of your “other” movement through the day and in this episode, I share the minor adjustments you can make to your personal NEAT to have a better grasp on your cardiovascular health and weight management. The steps (no pun intended) are simple and the outcomes are amazing.
