episode 75: High performing women and their anxiety: how to spot high functioning anxiety in yourself to find happiness.

Are you the kind of woman who gets everything done? Maybe twice? Or in half the time as expected? With bells on?

But what about your mind? Is it calm in the moments in between tasks? Is it peaceful when you try and fall asleep? Or do your thoughts and worries torture you from the inside?

In this very special episode, I sit down with my colleague Dr. Ellen Wong, a Naturopathic Doctor who focuses on supporting high-functioning women through anxiety. She shares how to spot anxiety in yourself. Anxiety doesn’t always look like a deer in headlights, and in high-performing women, it can often present “positively” at work or from the outside while the woman struggles to manage her thoughts and emotions on the inside.

Ellen shares her signature framework for breaking down high-functioning anxiety and shares tips on how to add more calm and peace to your day.
