episode 43: From Food Chaos to Food Freedom - a Conversation with Cheryll Wagner | Ep.43

From bingeing on after eight chocolates and constantly “starting her diet again on Monday” to having total food and diet freedom - Cheryll Wagner is a beautiful example of what’s possible with embodied eating. About the Guest:

Cheryll Wagner is a Canadian Entrepreneur that has dabbled in several businesses since the early age of 13 years old. She has grown to love supporting other entrepreneurs as a consultant, mentor and friend. This year she has taken on a new role as the WeBC (Women Entrepreneurs of British Columbia) Ambassador which gives her more opportunities to support women in business.

As the CEO of her Operational Management Consulting & Systems firm, Business2Mobile, she is dedicated to helping business owners to get excited about working in their businesses again. Her goal is for them to spend less time worrying about the unknowns and give them the power and insight to make informed decisions on a daily basis so that when they leave work, they are not taking the burdens of being a business owner home with them. It really is about work life balance and helping them to achieve that.

She aspires to be a positive role model for women, not just in business but in life. She is excited to share what she has learned during her journey of embodied eating and vowing to NEVER EVER diet again!
