St Flannan's College Students Participate In Internet Safety Training
On Friday's Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Aoibheann O' Dwyer Forde and James Hegarty who are both students at St Flannan's College Ennis. The students discussed the training they recently received from the Webwise Youth Advisory Panel at Google's offices which assisted them to become more aware of internet safety along with being able to organise an event about the issue to others. Aoibheann spoke about the preparation they did before attending the Google offices and highlighted how the whole process developed their knowledge of online issues. James described the positive experience they had overall along with referring to a talk given in school which made him more aware of online safety on internet safety day.
