You're a start-up, you don't have a stable income, you don't have full-time employees, so you handle everything yourself.
But, as we grew, we managed to have a Content and Marketing Manager, Operations Manager, and Sales Manager.
A lot of things got off my back, of course.
And I'm eternally grateful for them, and the rest of the team.
However, I still feel 'overcrowded.'
I'm still an entrepreneur, I'm still an owner, and I'm still the CEO.
These three roles are quite often in mutual conflict.
