Morning Focus Visits Obair Community Hub HQ In Newmarket-on-Fergus
On Monday's Morning Focus, Alan paid a visit to Obair Community Hub HQ located in Newmarket-on-Fergus. He spoke to Siobhan O'Driscoll who is a Youth and Community Development Divisional Officer for Obair and Eimear Murphy who is an Administrator and is a Co-ordinator for the 'Meals on Wheels' service. The duo spoke about the ongoing work that is carried out by Obair and described the enterprise in it's entirety along with highlighting the number of workers and volunteers that they have. Obair has existed now for almost 30 years. Their main aim is to combat exclusion and to develop enterprise in the area.
