Brain Hug is taking a big leap forward to be more subject specific than ever! This is a second teaser for you. I hope it gets you interested in seeing where we're going. I'll talk about certain communities, their characteristics, strengths and challenges. They all are part of who I am and I know a lot of you out there are in sync with me. So get ready in early 2024 to feel more included, supported and nurtured than ever before on this podcast...
Here is another little "teaser" for you to give you more of an idea the direction we're going in 2024.
My last "hors d'oeuvre" before the release of the new material, direction and podcast topic. Thanks for hanging in with me. Hint: if you feel deeply, are incredibly observant, "in tune" with your environment, and like me had to create a kind of "in public" and "in private" personality you're going to love the new direction of the podcast. PLUS, we're going to talk, at length, about those people who gravitate towards us who are very, very challenging and how we can navigate them...
After weeks of "teasing" where this podcast is going... here it is! If you listened to the trailer you're already clued- in to our direction. This is something very close to my heart. I'm determined to share, support and nurture others like me. I've done many years of research, education and study on what you're about to listen to. If this is you, I'm glad you're here. If it's not you, perhaps it's someone you know and love. Please pass this podcast on to them...

Revealing information about what works and what does not work in meditation. Plus, how being pressured or having ANY guilt about practicing meditation - the way we are told we must practice - really impedes our practice.
I'll reveal some of the BEST ways to stop a negative conversation dead in its tracks. AND it involves meditation, of course!
Certain schools of meditation teach us that once we are seated we have to stay completely still. And that means zero movement. No scratching your nose, adjusting in your seat if you're uncomfortable, no bathroom breaks… Nothing! I'm not in love with this technique and I'll tell you why.
