We want to take our meditation practice seriously but when it gets to the point we feel so much pressure and guilt about maintaining a practice or backsliding on a practice, it's OK. Everyone goes through it. I promise you that. Everyone who is serious about meditation has kind of slacked off. I know I have. We're in it to help release and relieve stress and tension not create more of it. It needs to be fun, enjoyable, relaxing. We're not going to cure our "ills" via daily meditation practice...
