21:49 Oh, thank you. Thank you. Yeah. Because scheduling is 2 sided. Right? 25:11 One that I really like and that I just it makes me look at the counter. Just it just make gives me a happy feeling is when you, when you have 2 of the identical events on your calendar so let's say I'm looking up my coworker's calendar, and we're both on the same meeting. Yeah. In Google Calendar and Outlook, you would just see, 2 2 identical meetings of the same color. Right? 45:51 Yeah. I think I I've been doing this for 6 years now. Yeah. I would just think if I'm thinking back to the first 2 or 3 years and the last 2 or 3 or last 3 years, it does feel different in the way my cofounder and I work and because it's a very high stress environment. Sure.

46:58 Awesome. Thanks so much, Kevin. Enjoyed it. 03:30 And so specifically, our machine learning can read a document and it can understand the system can understand what type of document it's looking at, and then it can pull out the important information off of that document and use it for a variety of different things. It can put it in another system. It can check the data across multiple documents 33:20 Like, there's no way we're gonna make it. And you know what? Like, those folks have left and we're doing better. We're doing better because it wasn't it wasn't their technical skill set that was holding us back or keeping us afloat. It was, it was their mindset and ability kind of be part of the team and the vision we were trying to do.

Ep. 570 w/ Rob Greig CEO Cornucopias Game
    April 23, 2024 (duration 50m)
    [transcript]
36:49 So SOLACE 1 is almost ready to release. SOLACE 2 is, I would say, 3 quarters of the way through. We we spent a lot of time on SOLACE 1, making sure all our procedures are correct. We, you know, we spent over a year perfecting everything, how we're gonna build it, how we want the different elements to work so that when we come to sort the other solaces and and the other 2 zones that are coming this year as well, We we now have a pretty fast pipeline. So Solis 2 is almost ready to to to go into test. 11:01 Josh did as well. We self funded cornucopias from the start, and we just really poured everything we could. There was just 4 cofounders, 2 in America, 2 2 in the UK. We didn't actually meet each other face to face physically for, a good 7 months. And because because Josh was already in the community and I was already embedded with within the community, we we we kind of naturally had a following, and people really liked us and and and they knew about us. 05:01 You know? I I was obsessed. So it it it it was bizarre. But so

    Ep. 569 w/ Arie Trouw CEO/CTO/Co-Founder XYO
    April 23, 2024 (duration 51m)
    [transcript]
42:23 Well, we're launching our, the XylOS thing I was talking about before, and we're launching our builder program, at the end of the quarter. So that's probably the best time for a person to to start using this, because it it does 2 things. It gives you the SDKs and the tools to be able to build things. But one of the deals we've had with developers is it's kind of hard for a person to to try it out. It's kind of like asking a person to write an iPhone app without an iPhone. 04:50 Yeah. So, well, the user experience, you you don't wanna change it. So we're trying trying to lean on a lot of the web 2 user experiences, but there's a lot of things you can do that are sovereign. We actually have things nowadays that are sovereign already. Like, for example, an SSL key or, you know, or in the crypto world for a reason, an address. 45:19 And as blockchain gets more and more efficient, you can put more things there. Our our goal at X whale, actually, one of the things is to to make it so that, our system, despite the fact that it's blockchain based and it works the way it does, it's actually easier to use and more efficient and faster than, like, using Mongo or or an equivalent web 2 solution. That's very difficult because it does more things. You have to sign things and you have to, you know, do additional work there. But we're much closer to that goal than a shared ledger like Ethereum or or Bitcoin is just because of the fact that we don't have to have a whole bunch of parties do the same thing over and over again.

    Ep. 568 w/ Griffin Parry CEO/Founder at m3ter
    April 23, 2024 (duration 46m)
    [transcript]
30:13 Because I didn't I guess 2 things. Firstly, I didn't see it as unpleasant or tough. I just saw it as part of the process. 34:10 Yeah, it's I mean, I've gone through 2 really different journeys. I'm sure. I know the one I prefer. Okay. This time around it was much easier because we'd experienced the pain firsthand. 05:46 We've had 2 startups. So the first one started in 2012, I think. It wasn't my idea. It was actually the idea of my co founder. But I knew him well because he, he was the sales and marketing leader of the business that Sky appointed to build the back end platform for the online TV portfolio.

Ep. 567 w/ Brian Stevens CEO at Neural Magic
    April 23, 2024 (duration 46m)
    [transcript]
18:59 Yep. And it and it's the 2 parts. So the the first part is apply a set of model optimization techniques to their existing model. 13:51 2, they can customize the model as it makes sense, on datasets that make sense to their use case. And then they control, like, the terms of deployment locations and their choice of infrastructure. So so it can be this really liberating future where where you'll get the best capability, but you'll get it on your terms. And where neural magic comes out of that is, there's these models are massive. Now Sure. 37:18 And then the crazy thing about it and I'm not a developer, like, we kinda cover throughout the show. Like, I built my own chatbot in Flutterflow connecting to chat g p t. Like, sure, it was a tutorial online, but 2 years ago, I would like, it would not have been possible for me to do that. Like or I would have struggled so hard and needed, like, so much time, and what I built in an afternoon just wasn't possible for me to do, like, 2 years ago. And why I'm bringing this back is because I think what you guys are doing at Neural Magic like, anybody can leverage the technology that you're building, whether you're technical or not, because I think there's so many tools that you could just leverage to to use, you know, your basically large language model back end, basically.
