#017 - Why discomfort is good for you

Discomfort gets a bad rep despite it being a crucial component if you want ever to want to exist beyond the confines of your 'comfort zone'. In this episode I make an argument for why we need to embrace it, instead of making an enemy of it. Let's talk about it!
