Having spent the last 15 years working in hospitals, volunteering in Africa, the Amazon and Asia; becoming a Relationship Coach in Colorado and studying Soulful Psychology in London, she has tried everything from downward dogs to plant medicine and is here to uncover the evidence behind alternative therapies to help us all disentangle dis-ease, seek deep healing and experience true health.
