Too Many Podcasts! (Exploring podcasts w/ Jim the Podcast Sherpa)

Pat had soooo many stories to tell, along with being very knowledgeable about the backgrounds of many a Hollywood tale. He's one of those people you feel like you've known for a long time,even if you talk to him for a short time...

I had a good time interviewing Dwight. He's a really down-to-earth actor with a true dedication to his craft. You can hear how much he love to act in our interview. And he'll be singing soon, too! When I was watching his clip on "1000 Ways to Die", it made me wonder about a bizarre death for the Sherpa. I'm imagining being eaten by Goldfish. Not the sea animal, mind you. I'm referring to the snack...

Quick question- How many people do you know who have written children's books, played a "walker" on "Fear the Walking Dead" and own a vineyard...all in one lifetime, that is? Well, look no further, and have a listen to my interview with actor/director/incredibly cool guy Bill Foster. This is truly someone who has walked the walk and talked the talk in many different fields. I'm slightly younger than him, but I already want to be him when I grow up (um, whenever that may be)...

You know, maybe I could take a cue from Robert and call my show, "$herpa: Too Many Podca$t$!" Or not. That title looks like I fell asleep at my keyboard. Which I have done, so I speak from experience. Robert has had an amazing and impressive career, starting as a standup comic back in the 1980's, through today, with all of his accomplishments so far. And I would look to that list of accomplishments to continue to grow....

My bulb might have gone out during my conversation with Rick, but it was an enlightening conversation. (Oh, he did not just write that...) I'm always amazed by the different perspectives presented by my guests on dating and relationships. I guess it's why they say men are from Mars and women are from Venus. And why I'm still not welcome in Space Camp. I think if I had a dating coach when I was single, I would have been released into free agency ver quickly...

It's funny that Patrick Harney went from a guy who had no interest in being in a school production to a guy involved in promoting a movie he's involved with. He was talking about the importance of being a good person, and I could tell how important that still is to him. His fiance is certainly a lucky lady. He's got a realistic view of the entertainment business, and the drive to be a success. He's the kind of person you like to root for. Keep an eye out for his upcoming releases...

I think if Joe wasn't an actor, I could imagine him as a motivational speaker. You'll hear the positivity just flowing out of his words. This is a guy that you can tell puts 1000% in his life, whether it be fitness, acting, business, or even being a dad. It's funny, I completely forgot that I once had a copy of "The Complete Book of Abs", that Joe modeled for. Your Sherpa once modeled for a calendar...
